My name is xxx, an I was a regular patient of yours from 2017 January. I am writing you a complaint letter about Dr xxx in XXX Dental Birmingham.
Dr xxx has one at least 6 teeth fillings for me, an has conucte at least 4-5 regular ental checks, which you can confirm by checking the history in NHS system. But from October I move to China ue to work, an I got checke my teeth in Shanghai Unite Family Hospital, which is one of Shanghai’s best international hospitals. My new entist Dr Dee tol me the fillings I got from Dr xxx were terrible, some of them were not in the right place, some were missing an some fillings were too big an ha mae my tooth ecay worse. So he ha to rill all my 6 fillings out, an reo the job for me.
When I tol him Dr xxx only took 20 mins to finish my 5 fillings at the first time, my new entist Dr Dee sai no woner the result was so rough. ( Please check the X-rays I uploae.) An when Dr Dee rille those fillings out, he sai Dr xxx in't even clean my teeth enough, just hurrie to put filling materials in. So they cause more infection an ecay uner the fillings.
Dr xxx explaine all the teeth ecay were evelope after his treatment, but uring the past two year, I visite him in every 3-6 months, but he never foun out any problem an even for the last time in 2018 August, he only took 3 minutes to check my teeth an let me go. But in December, only in 3 months' time, I was checke by Dr Dee that all my fillings by Dr xxx nee to take out, an I was suggeste to bring this complaint to you about Dr xxx's ental skill an attitue.
The first 4 X-rays are what ha one by Dr xxx. The 3 receipts are the fees that Shanghai Clinic woul charge, you can check with what problems Dr Dee think they are. The last photo is hanwriting by Dr Dee that he thinks where the most serious problems are.
The X rays are proof that xxx's style of completing ental work extremely quickly with little regar for patient safety an the longevity of his work has been assesse an feeback provie to him. I aske him on my repeate visits whether my fillings were still ok an he repeately sai they were fine. Clearly they were not, as they were even starting to fall out by the time I ha them checke in Shanghai. Such a lack of care must be aresse.
I look forwar to hearing your reply regaring this issue. I cannot stress enough how annoye I am by this issue, an how worrie I am about other patients that may also be suffering at the hans of Dr xxx.
I am prepare to take this as far as is necessary in orer to ensure accountability is attaine an that I receive aequate compensation for the experience you have force me to enure.

The Practice Manager has looke into this an oes not believe Dr xxx has one anything wrong however as a gesture of goowill the practice will refun you your money in full.
Coul you please let us know at your earliest convenience the amount to be refune so that our figures match what you believe shoul be returne to you.
