This letter provies schools, Boars an chil care settings with information an steps to be taken by stuents an parents/guarians for stuents following return from international travel.

Travelers returning from Iran or Hubei province (China) shoul:
Contact York Region Public Health by calling Health Connections at 1-800-361-5653 immeiately on return
Self-isolate for 14 ays after the time you left Iran or Hubei province
Monitor yourself for symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, new cough, shortness of breath/ifficulty breathing) every ay for 14 ays after the time you left Iran/Hubei province
从伊朗或中国湖北回来的旅客需要：
回到加拿大后立即联系约克公共卫生局的Health Connections（电话号码：1-800-361-5653）
从伊朗或湖北返加后，请自我隔离14天
离开伊朗或湖北的14天内，每天密切留意自己是否出现感染新冠病毒的症状（发烧、咳嗽、呼吸急促/呼吸困难）
