1)Question #1: Share an experience from your life where you were given a challenging task. How i you overcome it an what i you learn from it?
在课内研究项目里，学生要研究一个汽车保险公司亮点，但是源数据模糊，并且不熟悉数据分析工具的使用。为了解决这个难题，首先，首先收集了大量的保险信息，足以让我们弄清楚这些零散数据背后的含义和关系。同时，充分利用教材和网络授课，掌握Microsoft SQL Server的基本操作。最终，学生和同学合作完成了这个项目，并且越来越清楚自己对商业分析的学术兴趣。
2)Question #2: What are the characteristics of a leaer you amire an how oes that influence your leaership style?
首先，描述学生欣赏的的领导者的特点，即能够挖掘团队成员潜能。然后，描述她在实习中的领导在这方面给她留下的印象。

申请总结
在申请过程中，以学生的背景条件，WUSTL的录取问题不大，学生也是把这所学校当做理想院校。但是由于今年的录取情况比较特殊，WUSTL竟然爆冷“Waitlist”。这无疑是一个出乎意料的“打击”。收到WL通知后，文案老师及时指导学生写loveletter的思路和素材，然后完善并润色英文loveletter，尽最大努力跟学校争取。给学校发送loveletter后，学校老师邀约学生做meeting。文案及时将这一信息反馈给学生，并和老师预约面试时间。另外，文案老师结合以往的申请经验，对学生做了面试辅导，包括经常会问到的一些题目，以及答题方法。同时，文案老师了解到，该校老师比较看重编程能力，所以建议学生在meeting中尽量多的展现这方面的能力。面试结束后，文案及时给老师发送thanksletter，表达对老师和学校的感谢。老师也有很积极的回复。最终在4.29迎来了offer。在整个过程中，我收获的经验是，收到WL通知，也不要轻易气馁，而是要积极主动地帮学生争取录取结果。除了发送loveletter，向学校表达入学的决心，同时在meeting后，也及时发送thanksletter，给学校和老师留下一个积极的印象，这样也十分有利于提高录取概率。
