Common Challenges
We hope that you enjoy your time with your host family.
If you experience any problems the following process is helpful; please try it:
1. Speak with your host family immeiately if you are upset by something. Most families will be happy to talk to you an to fin out what can be one to resolve the problem.
2. If the problem cannot be resolve by speaking with your family, please call the homestay coorinator for help. Do not call your parents or Agent before you speak to us. We can help you better an more quickly if we hear about the problem from you irectly. You can always call them later if you are not happy with our solutions.

Spare Time
You can expect to finish school between 3-3:30pm most week ays. We recommen you get your homework one in the afternoon, before inner. That way you will have time for sports an hanging out with friens at night.
Homestay families are very ifferent. Some are very active an have lots of activities on uring the week. Others prefer to stay at home. We have trie to match you with a family that has the same interests as you.
If you go out with friens at night, please let your host family know who you are with an where you will be.
