先弄清楚自己的邮件是正式的还是非正式的,写法不同。

一.Informal letter(非正式信函):
1.Beginning(开头): Dear + first name
2.Frienly greeting(寒暄): I hope this letter fins you well.

The stanar opening for formal corresponence is Dear:
关系亲密的话就直接"Dear+人名(Dear Cook,) ". 关系不很亲密的话就要用"Dear+姓(Dear Mr. Cui,)".女性不知道是否结婚的时候就用"Ms."。不知道姓名的时候可以用Dear Sir or Maam或者To Whom It May Concern
