加拿大毕业工作签证的有效期
PGWPP下的工作签证有效期，是根据之前的学习时间来定的。不能超过学习时间，有效期最短8个月，最长3年。 毕业后工作许可的有效期不能比学习时间长。比如，学生学习的是4年的学位课程，学习许可的有效期只能为3年；学习的是8个月的证书课程，学习许可的有效期只能为8个月。如果申请人的学习课程： 1、少于8个月：不能申请毕业后工作许可。
2、8个月至2年：学习许可有效期不能超过学习时间。
3、2年或2年以上：学习许可的有效期为3年。
申请毕业后工作许可的要求
1、全日制学习，学习时间不低于8个月。
2、学校要求： - a public post-seconary institution, such as a college, trae/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec), or - a private post-seconary institution that operates uner the same rules an regulations as public institutions, or - a private seconary or post-seconary institution (in Quebec) offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leaing to a iplôme ’étues professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation e spécialisation professionnelle (ASP), or - a Canaian private institution authorize by provincial statute to confer egrees but only if you are enrolle in one of the programs of stuy leaing to a egree as authorize by the province an not in all programs of stuy offere by the private institution.
3、收到学校证明你完成学业的书面确认书（a transcript or an official letter）的90天内申请
4、完成学习计划要求的课程并且成绩合格，符合获取学位、文凭或者证书的要求
5、持有有效的学习许可(Stuy Permit)
以下情况不能申请毕业后工作许可
1、所学课程的学习时间少于8个月
2、参加了加拿大外交、贸易和发展部（DFATD）成立的加拿大奖学金计划
3、参加了 DFATD 成立的加拿大政府奖励计划
4、收到过加拿大国际发展署提供的资金
5、参加了加拿大和智力两国的双边奖学金计划
6、参加了加拿大和中国的奖学金交换计划
7、参加了美洲国家组织奖学金计划
8、参加加拿大境内或境外的远程教育计划
9、过去曾经签发过毕业后工作许可
