申请要求：
本科专业背景要求：申请人必须拥有被认可的学士学位，并具备描述统计学和推理统计学方面的基本能力。这一前提条件可以通过两种方式之一来满足：﹙1﹚学生必须在大学三年内通过本科推理统计学课程，成绩为“b”或以上，并必须通过mpp实验课以及与之相关的课程pp 554政策分析基础。﹙2﹚选择pp 502x 公共管理与政策的统计基础（statistical founations for public management an policy），成绩为b或以上。如果学生选择pp 502，与本课程相关的单元不能计入mpp学位学分。
工作经验：如果有出色的工作经验、推荐信或在本科学习期间学术成绩有明显提高，则可以对gre成绩稍微放宽一点。
