early ecision plan
if you know that rice is your first choice, consier the early ecision plan. your application must be submitte by november 1, an we will notify you by mi-ecember. this is a bining ecision plan; you may initiate applications to other colleges but may submit an early ecision application to only one college. three ecisions are possible uner this plan: accept, efer, or eny. if accepte to rice uner early ecision, you must commit to rice by january 1 an withraw all other college applications.

regular ecision plan
