每年会有不少中国学生希望申请名校的博士项目，但是前期我们需要进行大量的套词工作，目的是为了选择适合自己的项目和老师以及增加申请成功率，那么我们要怎么完成一封优秀的套词邮件呢？
一封优秀的套词信是有几部分组成的，下面我来给大家解析一下有哪些必要内容：
一：介绍你的研究兴趣：
举几个例子：
- i am a grauate stuent in x.
- my name is x x. i receive my b.sc. egree from x university of xxx.
- i am a grauate stuent of x with a backgroun on {my research}, highly intereste in your research area.
简单介绍一些自己的研究背景、学术背景和其他你认为教授必要知道的信息。
二. 你读博士的目的是什么？
我来举个例子吧：
- it woul be really an honor for me to pursue my stuies uner your supervision since, regaring your papers especially “…….”, i foun a close relationship between your interests an mine.
三. o your homework! 告诉你想将来一起工作五年的老师你有多了解ta
例子来啦~
