Co-op program 带薪实习课程？
Coop即是实习。就是你暂停学业，有薪的在公司工作4个月到1年不等的时间，然后再回学校完成你的学位。最开始有另外一种实习叫internship。这两个词最原来的分别在于你在公司工作的长度。一般来说coop是指4个月的，intern是指8-12个月的。但这些年来这两个词已经慢慢混着用，coop泛指所有长度的实习。大家知道为什么加拿大的暑假是4个月？就是因为方便你在暑假做coop。加拿大很多大学的专业提供带薪实习的机会，您求学的同时将获得宝贵的实际工作经验，对于您将来的就业及技术移民都会有很大的帮助，几乎所有的公司在雇人时都首先考虑自己的CO-OP人员。因CO-OP人员对公司的业务和项目有较深入的了解，并已经证了他自己的工作能力。一般来说参加CO-OP的学员60%以上有机会被本公司雇用，即使你所在的CO-OP公司没有雇人计划，CO-OP的真实工作经验是应聘其他公司的坚实基础.
