Possible Parts to Inclue
一封体面的英文邮件,一般要包含以下几个部分:
A Subject:点明中心的邮件主题;
A Greeting:轻松礼貌的开场问候;
Purpose of Your Email:直入主题,简明扼要地说清写信用意;
Details:告知收件人(recipient)他所必须知道的其他信息。如果收件人在阅读邮件后,需要采取任何行动,也要在此注明。
A Closing:礼貌温馨的结束语。

Subject Line
如果你是邮件首发人,则需要拟定一个邮件主题。邮件主题是否表达清晰,直接影响着收件人的点开手速。
这里举几个差不多的 Subject Samples:
Enquiry About the Essay (问作业)
[课程] + Class Attenence Issue(请假)
Can you meet on next Monay please? (约见面)
Suggestion for Your Monay's Lecture (提建议)
Greeting Sentences
若已知对方尊姓大名,开头可直接写 “Dear Professor/ Ms. / Mr. +姓氏” ;不知其姓名与性别,则写 “Dear Sir or Maam”。
然后,你就可以试一试这些礼貌的开场问候语:
I hope you are oing well.(较为informal)
Hope this email fins you well.(较为formal)
Hope you will have a wonerful weeken. (周五发件适用句)
Hope you just ha a wonerful weeken. (周一发件适用句)
Goo morning/afternoon. (如果你们之间不存在时差)
Thanks for your email. (回复对方的邮件)
Thanks for your reply. (回复对方的回复)
Purpose
写这部分时,Please keep it short an simple!
千万别写成裹脚布,让英国人一看就不想读,切记仅用一两句话,单刀直入,直击要害!
就拿请病假举个例子:
I apologise in avance that I won’t be able to atten the lecture toay because of [illness]. I have been having [symptoms] since [yesteray/last night], so I ecie to see a octor toay. high quality essay writing service on www.ocscf.org
如果是对已翘的课,先斩后奏,则可以说:
I apologise for not making into your lecture toay, because of the octor’s appointment at 1.30 P.M.
当然,如果收件人不认识你,那么在这之前还要做个Quick Introuction:This is Mike, from the [专业].
(我请过病假,tutor回信让我提供proof,我就把医院开的药方拍下来作为附件,发送给她了。所以大家看完病一定要记得留proof!!!)
Must-Know Details
若有一些相关信息对方必须知晓,或对方读完邮件需采取某些行动,则可以在此阐明。
比如,我们经常会要求收件人查看附件信息,则可以说:Please fin the attachment about…. If you have any questions, please let me know.
如果这部分对你的邮件来说没必要,忽略不写就好。毕竟"越短越好"是写邮件的宗旨。
A Closing
最后就是礼貌的结束语了:

Thanks for unerstaning(请假专用)。
至于落款,一般写上自己姓名即可。若是请假(还没完了),则需在姓名下方,标注所请假课程的名称等信息。

Dear Professor White,
Goo morning.
I apologise in avance for not being able to atten your lecture on Monay, November 6th, because of the octor’s appointment at 1.30 P.M. I will turn my essay in on Tuesay, November 7th, instea.
As far as I know from your scheule, your office hours on Tuesay are from 2 to 4 P.M. Will you be available to meet me on November 7th please?
