北部移民计划：
一、工作经验：
1、申请人在提交申请前3年之内必须有1年连续全职（或兼职等同时长）工作经验，工作职位符合国家职业分类（即NOC）。
3 (1) The applicant must have, in the three years preceing the ay on which they mae their application for permanent resience, accumulate at least one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, over a continuous perio in an occupation liste in the National Occupational Classification.
2、申请人如果有一个合格的高等教育学历，并且符合下列要求，可以豁免工作经验需求：
（a）申请人在读期间均为全日制状态（联邦学院国际生全日制读书）；
（b）学历是在递交移民申请前的18个月内取得；
（c）如长度少于2年的硕士和博士项目，申请人在整个项目期间需实际身处该社区；
（）如果专业时长为两年（或以上），那么在获得学历前的24个月时间里，申请人至少需要有16个月在该社区学习。联邦学院接受转学生申请。
International grauate exemption
(3) The work experience requirement oes not apply to an applicant who obtaine an eligible creential from a post-seconary program an who meets the following requirements:
(a) the applicant was enrolle as a full-time stuent uring the entire perio of the program;
(b) the creential was obtaine within the 18 months preceing the ay on which the applicant mae their application for permanent resience;
(c) in the case of a master’s or octoral egree program that was less than two years in length, the applicant was physically present in the community uring the entire perio of the program; an
() in the case of any post-seconary program other than those referre to in paragraph (c), the program was at least a two-year program an, uring the 24 months immeiately preceing the ay on which the creential was obtaine, the applicant was physically present in the community for at least 16 months.
3、、合格学历的定义
合格学历是指申请人在加拿大合法学习期间取得的指定社区范围（11个乡村及北部地区试点）内高等教育机构颁发的学位（egree，包括本、硕及博）、专科文凭（iploma，包括2年制及3年制）、证书（certificate，包括研究生文凭）、技工（trae）或学徒（apprentice）学历。

联邦学院开设1年制安省学院证书，2年制安省学院大专，3年制安省学院高级大专，一年制研究生文凭，两年制研究生文凭课程。
二、雇用需求，该工作必须：
（a）非季节性工种、未指定雇用期的全职工作
（b）在指定社区内（11个乡村及北部地区试点，联邦学院所在地区为桑德贝）
（c）薪资大于或等于该工作平均水平（根据Job Bank数据）
（）A、B、C、D类职位
The offere employment must be
(a) non-seasonal, full-time work for an ineterminate perio;
(b) locate in the community;
(c) at a wage that is above or within the range of wages for that particular occupation in the Job Bank of the Canaa Employment Insurance Commission; an
() in an occupation that is,
(i) if the work experience referre to in subsection 3(1) was acquire in an occupation that is in Skill Type 0 in the National Occupational Classification, in that skill type or Skill Level A,
(ii) if the work experience referre to in subsection 3(1) was acquire in an occupation that is in Skill Level A in the National Occupational Classification, in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B,
(iii) if the work experience referre to in subsection 3(1) was acquire in an occupation that is in Skill Level B in the National Occupational Classification, in Skill Level A, B or C,
(iv) if the work experience referre to in subsection 3(1) was acquire in an occupation that is in Skill Level C in the National Occupational Classification, in Skill Level B or C, or
(v) if the work experience referre to in subsection 3(1) was acquire in an occupation that is in Skill Level D in the National Occupational Classification, the same occupation as the one in which the work experience was acquire.
三、语言需求：根据不同类别的工作岗位，申请人必须达到以下语言能力：

The applicant must emonstrate, using the results of a language test — approve uner subsection 74(3) of the Regulations an provie by an institution or organization esignate uner that subsection — that are less than two years ol, that they have, for each of the four language skill areas uner either the Canaian Language Benchmarks or the Niveaux e compétence linguistique canaiens, met or exceee the applicable language proficiency threshol, among the following, for the National Occupational Classification of the occupation for which they have an offer of employment:
•(a) for occupations in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A, benchmark 6;
•(b) for occupations in Skill Level B, benchmark 5; or
•(c) for occupations in Skill Levels C or D, benchmark 4.
四、教育经历：申请人必须已取得：
（a）加拿大教育学历（联邦学院-加拿大公立学院之一）
（b）经ECA认证的外国学历（认证有效期5年）

(a) a Canaian eucational creential; or
(b) a foreign iploma, certificate or creential, along with an equivalency assessment that is less than five years ol.
五、杂项
①申请人在申请时必须具备合法加拿大临时居民身份。（学生签证是一种临时居民身份）
② “EDO”从业者非隶属于政府。
③本文条款有效期自2019年9月1日起生效，为期5年。
