PG offer holer Q&A (2020年4月2日)
学校了解到受新冠肺炎疫情的影响下，
递交纸质学术材料来换uncon的难度加大。
现决定面向2020年秋季入学的PG新生
实行“免邮寄纸质材料”政策。
（只需在Portal上传符合要求的扫描件及开学时携带原件前往华威）
PG offer holer可以在Portal中上传学术材料的扫描件，无需将纸质材料邮寄至华威大学北京代表处进行验证。
① 要求为彩色扫描件，内容清晰可辨。

② 所有扫描件合并为一个文件，以方便上传。
Collate all of your scans into 1 ocument to allow easy uploa.
③ 请确保您的学位证、毕业证、最终成绩单等学术材料确认您的学位、最终成绩和学位授予时间。我们建议同时上传学位证书、毕业证书和成绩单的扫描件。

④ 对于非英文的文件需额外提供正式翻译件。
If your ocuments have been issue in a language other than English please also provie an official translation.
⑤ 开学时请携带您的学位证书、毕业证书以及最终成绩单原件(+翻译件)，学校会对此进行检查。
