Dear International Stuents, Parents an Agents,
After receiving avice from the International Eucation Division (IED) this morning, toay we met with most international stuents who are living in homestay an who were at school. There were a small number of stuents who were absent from school toay an may not have receive our avice. Please see the attache information from the Director of the International Eucation Division (IED) which was sent out to all International families.
We write to inform you that yesteray the Victorian Premier announce that schools will be close early an the last ay of Term 1 for stuents will be toay.
At the meeting, we spoke to stuents. We also offere all stuents who are in homestay the option of either returning home to be with their families or remaining in Australia in their Homestay arrangements. All stuents have been aske to iscuss this with their parents an if they shoul wish to return to their home country to notify the International Office in writing as soon as possible, this shoul also inclue the flight etails an arrangements.
If stuents return home or remain in Australia, Camberwell High School will be proviing online work in all subjects throughout the uration of any possible school closure. Our School Principal Ms. Jill Laughlin will be sening out more information to stuents an families as to how this will be manage.
