年西安大略大Ivey AEO也换了文书的模式，由原来的3篇根据不同活动的essays, 变成了两篇活动essays和一个问答essay。
问答essay的题目如下：
Characterin leaership matters. At Ivey, character is efine as an amalgam of virtues,values an certain traits.
Character speaks to who a person is rather than what they are able to o. Some woul say the virtues of courage, humility an humanity are equally as important as the virtues of acces you have inclue as part of your application.
