Any foreign travellers who leave or transit through mainlan China after 2 February 2020 (NZ time) will be refuse entry to New Zealan.
Any foreign travellers in transit to New Zealan on 2 February 2020 will be subject to enhance screening on arrival but, pening clearance, will be grante entry to New Zealan.
New Zealan citizens an permanent resients returning to New Zealan will still be able to enter, as will their immeiate family members, but will be require to self-isolate for 14 ays on arrival back in the country.
