留学加拿大的众多优势之一就是毕业生会无条件获得便捷有效的工作签证。但是加拿大工作签证真的是无条件申请吗？今天杨婷老师给大家讲讲毕业生申请工签的必要条件。
根据加拿大移民局官方网站CIC最新政策：
1，You have 180 ays after your school issues your final marks to apply for a post-grauation work permit (PGWP).
申请者必须在学校开出期末成绩的 180 天之内申请工作签证（政策更改以前是 90 天）。
2，To be eligible, your stuy permit must have been vali at some point uring these 180 ays.
申请者的学生签证必须在这 180 天内的某个时间点是合法有效的。
举例说明，某学生的期末考试成绩于 2019 年 6 月 30 日公布，学签在 8 月 31 日到期。那么学生最晚可以在 2020 年的 2 月底之前申请工签。换句话说，学生毕业时学签有效，申请工签时，学签过期也可以。但一定要在毕业后的 180 天内申请。
3，You must also have 申请者必须符合以下条件：
complete a stuy program 完成学业；
at a esignate learning institution 符合 DLI 学校名单列表（后续文章会给大家解释DLI学校列表及相关政策）；
that was at least 8 months long an 学制至少 8 个月时长；
that le to a egree, iploma or certificate 获得一个学位，证书或文凭。
maintaine full-time status as a stuent in Canaa uring each semester of your stuy program 申请者必须保持全日制学习状态；
this oesn’t inclue your final semester, which can be part-time, or if you took an approve leave from your stuies 申请者的最后一个学期可以是非全日制学生，或经过批准的离校学生。
4，Exceptions 什么情况下不允许申请工作签证？
Youaren’teligible for a PGWP if you
- alreay receive a PGWP 申请者已经获得过一次工作签证；
- stuie English or French as a secon language 申请者仅学习英语或法语类课程；
- took general interest or self-improvement courses 申请者仅学习兴趣类或自我晋升类课程（非学历课程）；
- participate in the Government of Canaa Awars Program fune by Global Affairs Canaa (GAC) 申请者参与GAC创办的加拿大奖励项目；
- ha funing from GAC 申请者从 GAC 获得过资助；
- got the Equal Opportunity Scholarship, Canaa-Chile 申请者获得过某种特殊奖学金；
- participate in the Canaa-China Scholars’ Exchanges Program 申请者参与中加学者交换项目；
- participate in the Organization of American States Fellowships Program 申请者参与 OASFP项目 （美洲国家组织研究基金会）；
- complete the majority of a stuy program by istance learning (online courses, e-learning or corresponence) 申请者完成的多数课程为远程教育（线上课程，网络课程等）；
- complete a stuy program at a non-Canaian institution locate in Canaa 申请者在加拿大境内的非加拿大机构（学校）完成学历。
