除满足标准入学要求，如英语语言要求、学习成绩和工作经验之外，申请人还必须满足以下条件：
本科：申请人的最新学历总成绩需至少超过弗林德斯大学ATAR同等入学成绩5分
硕士：申请人的最新学历总成绩至少超过弗林德斯大学入学平均成绩要求（GPA）0.5个绩点
本硕连读：满足入学要求的申请者
需注意
以下情况无法参与奖学金申请
本奖学金不适用于弗林德斯大学在读且在转专业的学生
已经获得澳洲政府、外国政府财政支持或已获得弗林德斯大学其他奖学金的学生
本奖学金不适用于学分减免的弗林德斯大学转校生
本奖学金不适用于研究生证书、研究生文凭课程或研究型高等教育课程

递交申请。申请者递交弗林德斯大学的申请后，将被自动评估申请奖学金资格。如果申请者成功获得奖学金，学校将在录取通知书中告知。申请者只需完成录取和接受，即可等待奖学金发放。
