伦敦大学金史密斯学院在国际上一直以创造力(creativity) 和创新(innovation) 闻名。根据《英国研究卓越框架》(UK Research Excellence Framework，2014)，Golsmiths 大学学者开展的研究中，近四分之三被评为“世界领先”(worl leaing) 或“国际优秀”(internationally excellent)。
如何提交作品集：
1.在提交UCAS申请后，你将会收到邮件进一步提示如何线上提交作品集。
2.提交作品集的ealine一般在二月中旬，在我们审核后将决定是否进行下一步面试。面试通知一般于二月下旬发出。
3.国际生可通过线上提交作品集，电话面试的方式完成申请。国际生的面试将由国际招生办公室专门安排。
作品集内容：
1..包含最多12项艺术作品合集，我们接受 .jpg格式图像、.mov格式视频和 .mp3格式音频。同时还须上传一篇预科或A-level课程（或同等学位）的论文。
2.Golsmiths注重学生独立习作，所以你的作品集不仅要展示出你所学到的，还应表达出你的灵感来源和创作动机。
3.作品集应展现出你在艺术实践中的自主探究。
The work submitte shoul emonstrate areas of inepenent enquiry that are emerging in your art practice.
4.我们也期待看到你在既定要求外的能力拓展，如你的创作过程、视觉敏锐度等，但请始终围绕你的主题展开。
We are intereste in seeing your ability to go beyon the requirements of a given brief: for example, your working process an your visual curiosity. Please only inclue work that is central to your practice an concerns.
如何提交作品集
1.留居英国学生不用通过线上提交，收到面试邀请后，请携带作品复印件参加面试.
2.无法前来参加面试的国际生及欧盟学生将会安排Skype视频面试。请确保于面试前至少三个工作日邮件发送作品集。形式可以包括网站链接或作品集中最少12张作品的预览。
You can sen us a link to a website or a minimum of 12 key slies from your portfolio.
作品集内容
1.作品集应能展示你的技能和兴趣广度。
2.我们更期待看到你的想法和理念能贯穿作品集而非仅仅只有成品图，所以请确保作品集中反映了你创作过程(examples of your process work)。
3.作品集应反映你真实的原始的作品，比如同时附上你的素描本。
Where possible this work shoul be authentic an in the format in which it was originally generate. You might choose to emonstrate this by bringing sketchbooks in aition to your folio.
4.我们更愿意看到有专攻或特定方向的作品。
Whilst the BA we offer in Design is broa an interisciplinary, we are open to seeing portfolios that may focus on a specialism or particular creative iscipline as well as those which show a multiisciplinary practice.
5.对尚未开始学习设计的学生不要求有设计实践经验，但我们希望你能展现出对不同学科间差异的了解，同时我们希望了解你会如何将你的作品实际应用到设计中。
Evience of an existing Design practice is not a requirement (e.g. in the instance that you have not ha the opportunity yet to stuy Design) but in the absence of Design work we woul like you to be able to emonstrate a reasonable unerstaning of the ifference between isciplines. We also expect that you will have given thought to how your work may transition into a practice of Design.
6.可以参考以下形式的结合：
moels、3D work、prototypes、material experiments、esign sheets、sculpture、paintings、rawings、graphics、writing、illustration、typography、photography、animation、anything else that you feel emonstrates your creative abilities an motivations.

作品集要求包含最多12项作品，形式不限于雕塑，绘画，油画，数字等的图像或视频展示。
We request up to 12 items of work for portfolio, these can be images or vieo of sculpture, painting, rawings, igital or any other work that gives us an unerstaning of your practice
1.有设计背景的申请者: 请提交一份包含5个相关作品的作品集和一篇文章阐述你的作品(500-1000字)。请以pf形式分别提交作品集和文章。
2.无设计背景的申请者: 请围绕与课程相关的主题提交一篇文章(500-1000字)来表达你对你选择的stuio的观点和理解，以及一份10页相关visual ocument。这份Visual ocument阐述了你对于相关主题的创造性、洞察力和特殊见解。
Applicants with a non-esign backgroun: you shoul submit a short piece of writing (500-1,000 wors) aroun a topic relevant to the programme (use this as an opportunity to articulate your views on topics that align with your chosen stuio) an a 10-page visual ocument relate to this topic. Your visual ocument provies a platform for inventive, insightful an iiosyncratic treatments of that topic.
