Conceive as a two-year (four semester) program, the MAUD shares a strong first-semester core curriculum with the MLAUD program that inclues the Elements of Urban Design Core Stuio, the Urban Design Proseminar, an the Cities by Design lecture course. The remaining three semesters offer a more flexible acaemic path that allows stuents to engage in avance stuios an elective courses across all three GSD epartments. The curricular structure encourages avance iniviual an collective research an the possibility to evelop an elective thesis.
