需要登录个人系统，操作步骤：
登录- applications tab-选择submitte application-从奖学金列表中选择International Scholarship for Taught Master's stuents – Apply
学生需要提交一篇essay，格式为WORD或者PDF，字数不超过750，内容与申请专业相关。
