You may qualify to apply if:
- You have grauate with a certificate, iploma or egree from a recognize post-seconary eucational institution inSaskatchewan. The program must have been equivalent to at least one acaemic year (eight months) of full-time stuy.
- You must have worke for at least six months (with minimum 960 hours) of pai employment in Saskatchewan.
