麦考瑞大学 2019 年条件 COE 政策如下：
1、 学生已经满足 offer 上的语言要求且已经递交 certifie 5 个学期的成绩单可以申请有条件的 Full Offer 和 Provisional eCoE 。
2、 收到语言打包 offer 的学生也可以申请条件 COE 。
3、 学生需要在课程开始前 2 周将毕业证、学位证、完整成绩单（包含毕业论文成绩） certifie 后的原件交至大学。
4、 北京师范大学 - 香港浸会大学联合国际学院的学生需要在课程开始 2 周前递交全部成绩单及本科学位完成证明，表明大学已经授予学生学位。
5 、未能递交上述材料的学生不准予入学。
Conitional CoE Policy for China in 2019
1) Stuents who have met the English Language requirements an have submitte a correctly certifie transcript of 5 semesters ’ results will be eligible for consieration for a Full Offer with Conition an a Provisional eCoE. This option will apply to programs which Macquarie International Amissions have elegation to approve in-house.
2) Stuents can apply for a Package Offer with Conition an a Provisional eCOE with a correctly certifie transcript of 5 semesters ’ results an a recognise proof of English proficiency. This option will apply to programs which Macquarie International Amissions have elegation to approve in-house.
3) Stuents are require to submit original certifie copy of Grauation Certificate, Bachelor egree awar an full acaemic transcript (incluing Grauation Thesis result) by 2 weeks before the commencement ate of the egree program.
4) For stuents with a qualification from Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University, Unite International College, they must submit a full acaemic transcript inicating that their egree is conferre an completion letter for their Bachelor's egree to Macquarie International by 2 weeks before the commencement ate of the egree program.
5) Stuents who fail to submit their final ocumentation are not allowe to enrol.
