儿童学生签证：
Z学生，申请儿童学生签证
学生背景：未满16岁，计划去英国读10Year，学校不管监护。
签证过程：客户在英国有朋友，计划请她朋友做监护人，提交签证是提供了英国朋友的同意信以及父母同意信，但是因为材料不齐导致拒签。
问题分析：
1.未满16岁（或者未满18岁有残疾）并且选择私人寄宿家庭，在递签之前需要准备完成的签证材料；
2.目标看护人的确认函（里面有很细致的要求，缺少一条有可能导致拒签）；
3.目标或者法定监护人的同意函；
4.目标看护人给当地机构的信函，确认学生在英国期间由私人寄宿家庭照顾；
5.当地证明（UK Local Authority）的确认回复；
Letter of Unertaking要求：

总结：任何签证对申请材料都有明确要求，如果材料不全，使馆会直接拒签，很少情况下会联系申请人补交材料。在准备材料是一定要按照签证要求准备，不能依照直觉办事。
