Previous experience at Southwest in Human Resources - Technology Department inclue implementing a skills management system, eveloping leaership training programs, an selecting various new venor programs for Technology. As Manager – General Office Solutions & Services, Desktop Applications Team, I restructure the team an implemente new policies an proceures to increase prouctivity an improve Customer Service. As Paralegal in the General Counsel Department, responsibilities primarily focuse on safety an environmental issues regulate by the state an feeral government affecting Southwest Airlines. I implemente new technology to convert manual OSHA reports online an improve reporting efficiencies for 64 cities across the system.

I began the acaemic journey with a BBA in Business Aministration an an MBA in Management from Dallas Baptist University. After completing the MBA, I returne to DBU as an ajunct professor. I have serve as ajunct professor an guest lecturer at Texas Woman’s University, Dallas Baptist University, University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, an Tarrant County College. In 2001, I receive the “Outstaning Ajunct Business Professor of the Year” awar. I complete my Ph.D. in Applie Technology Performance Improvement in 2013 an was recently promote to Associate Professor of Business.
