一、面试流程
1. 笔试 Written Test
一般线上进行，时间约 30 分钟。常见形式是阅读 1–2 篇教育心理学相关英文材料，然后回答开放性问题。

2. 小组面试 Group Interview
部分年份可能会有小组面试。一般是围绕一个学生案例或教育心理热点话题进行英文讨论。

3. 个人面试 Individual Interview
个人面试一般线上进行，通常由 2 位老师面试，时间约 8–20 分钟。问题主要围绕申请动机、专业理解、过往经历、案例判断和职业规划展开。
