KCL-TESOL面经整理

1. why king's tesol： learning atmosphere in campus where I can meet students from different cultural backgrounds. personal experience：在少数民族地区长大没抓住机会与他们多交流，如果有幸在kings学习要好好思考how a language is shared by different people
2. previous teaching experience： 分享了一下教3-12岁孩子的经历。教小孩要管纪律、培养兴趣。 教大孩要讲清楚语法等内容。
3. what is a good lesson? students must be attentive They have to follow the class and interact with me, like eye contact or answer my questions take my personal experience: kindergarten students I would high five with them to make sure they are evolved elder students I would ask them questions
4. future career plan 英语老师、愿意教小孩，但也想尝试教大人，体会二者不同
5. explain just like how would you do in front of your students： he might be on his way he must on his way uncertain/probably he is coming probably still at home certain, maybe the speaker has checked his phone and he know this person would be on time (其实这里感觉回答的不太完整，但对方想了一会还是说了类似true之类的)
6. any other questions： 四周实践课我会遇到什么样的学生。 大概解释了一下，说有点学生对此scared但她觉得这个过程interesting
