加州艺术学院（英语： California Institute of the Arts ，简称： CalArts ），是一所位于美国洛杉矶（ Valencia ， Los angeles ， California ）的顶尖艺术学院，由华特 · 迪士尼（ Walt Disney ）投资成立，创办于 1961 年，被全美六大地区认证协会之一的美国西部学校和学院协会（ WASC ）授权可颁发 BFA 及 MFA 学位。至今约有五十余年历史，曾培养出无数的杰出艺术创作者，其专业艺术家、表演艺术工作者、电影制片、动画制作等创意人才分布在世界各地。在 贝维克斯国际共同社 权威发布的 BAI 世界美院排名中，世界第三名，世界四大美院之一。
知名校友
加州艺术学院（ California Institute of the Arts ）的校友均为当今动画、电影产业的著名人士，例如苏菲亚 · 科波拉（ Sofia Coppola ），曾在加州艺术学院（ California Institute of the Arts ）学习美术专业 ，导有《爱情，不用翻译》；蒂姆 · 波顿（ Tim Burton ），曾着有《阴间大法师》、《剪刀手爱德华》、 《蝙蝠侠》、《圣诞夜惊魂》、《决战猩球》等。兔斯基形象的作者王卯卯也曾就读于此。由于加州艺术学院（ California Institute of the Arts ）为迪士尼所投资，因此长期以来，该校学生有着更多的机会参与迪士尼一系列动画电影制作，迪士尼动画师都是由此校毕业，例如于 2001 年五月已经去逝的迪士尼水彩背景大师 Maurice Noble htt ，其成名作即为迪士尼第一部长篇动画《白雪公主》，如诗幻梦的水彩背景便出自他手。五十多年来，该校持续保持艺术院校动画专业第一，并以极低的录取率和师生比例享誉全美。至于今天，《熊的传说》、《海底总动员》、《狮子王》、《风中奇缘》、《花木兰》等动画电影幕后工作，依然常常由该校学生完成，他们往往毕业后有更大机会进入迪士尼、皮克斯等公司。

学校有自己的提交作品集的通道 SlieRoom ， 注册账号，之后通过 SlieRoom 提交作品集，建议每个作品集不要超过 600MB 。
Portfolio
Applicants must submit their portfolio online by registering for a SlieRoom account specifically for CCA applicants. Once an account is registere, instructions on how to create the portfolio will be provie.
In aition to acaemic an professional work, applicants are encourage to inclue examples of personal work. CCA faculty review portfolios submitte through SlieRoom. (Note: Supplemental portfolio materials sent separately to the Amissions Office are not accepte.)
All MFA in Film applicants must submit a five-minute sample reel that the review committee will watch in its entirety in SlieRoom. The five-minute sample reel shoul be labele clearly with the title, ate, running time, an escription of the piece, or pieces, it contains. Supplemental reels of up to 10 minutes in length may be submitte, but will be viewe at the iscretion of the committee.
Your role in the prouction of each piece must be clearly labele as well.
Aitional vieo files may be submitte via SlieRoom (limite to 60MB per file) or by submitting URLs to where the vieos can be viewe online. Vieo hoste on YouTube, Vimeo, or QuickTime-compatible ownloa links are acceptable. We encourage you to submit at least one complete recent work.
You may also submit a maximum of 10 still images, written work, an links to web-base work.
