这两个被合并的学院其实也是2020年3月才独立开的，此前，布大的商科专业都开设在一个学院下--经济、金融和管理学院（SEFM），后来才将 会计金融学院、管理学院和经济学院这3个学院分开。
这次布里斯托大学把“会计金融学院”和“管理学院”合并，经济学院继续保持独立，目的也很明显，就是要 一门心思搞好商科领域的学习和发展 。
大家注意，布里斯托大学商学院名称为 “University of Bristol Business School” ，搜索时可能找到的“Bristol Business School”指的是西英格兰大学的商学院，两者不要混淆。
