回答技巧:①切中要害，突出自身闪光点，减少不必要的内容。②可以在CV和PS的基础上，补充一些个人优点和有趣的经历。③条理清晰，层次分明。

回答技巧:建议围绕自身职业规划以及对学校的认知进行回答。

回答技巧:①不宜说自己没有缺点。②不宜说太多，举例1-3点即可。③可以说一些无伤大雅的缺点，并补充自己正在如何克服这些缺点。 List of Example Weaknesses: Too self-critical.
